Buying a home is not always the easiest thing to do unless you are accompanied by very good real estate agents such as Trevor Rodrigues and Lee Byers. Our experience purchasing a new home before Trevor and Lee was disappointing and misleading. We were so turned off by it that we started to doubt real estate agents and decided not to go through with it. However, all of that changed when we met Trevor and Lee. Their presentation of themselves and the company Keller Williams Referred Realty Broker Inc. gave us the comfort and security that we were desperately looking for. They guided us every step of the way.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you both for your dedication and hard work both of which enabled me to sell my home in less than 24 hours and also receive 99% of my asking price (which, I believe, was about $15,000 above the top selling price of any other home in my immediate area).

I also want to thank you for your extremely clever marketing ideas, the close attention to detail in preparing a synopsis of the homes that sold in my area and for what price (which, I believe, included quite a few pages of work) and for your generous contributions to children's charities through your commissions received. Most importantly, I would sincerely like to thank you both for going "above and beyond" what I believe any real estate agent would do. Thank you for taking time out of your schedules to help me install baseboards on my entire main floor area and quarter round in the upstairs area. I think we made quite a team with Trevor using his saw to cut the baseboards, Lee nailing them into the wall and me with the caulking gun.

Lastly, I appreciate both of you taking the time to research new listings that met my requirements thereby only showing me properties that met certain expectations I was looking for in a new house. Both of you were always very reachable and always returned my calls right away - whether they were calls of anxiety or I needed some information. Due to your knowledge and hard work I was also able to find a beautiful home with the same closing date as the house I was selling (no small feat since the closing date was only about 7 weeks after my house was bought).

I think any person smart enough to enlist your services will find himself or herself on the winning end of any transaction - whether selling or buying a home.
